My name is Ted Prell, and I am a Criminal Justice professor at Ventura Community College and retired Sergeant with the Ventura Police Department. This website is a resource for my currents students and for people considering a career or course of study in Law Enforcement.  Working as a Law Enforcement professional is one of the greatest jobs on the planet, and so is being a community college instructor!
